Out of the loop? The absurd story of Joint Chiefs chairman Myers on 9/11

Rumsfeld and Myers: both claimed they were “in meetings.”

By Craig McKee

They were busy with other things.
Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and acting chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Richard Myers, claim they were in meetings and that they weren’t told that their country was under attack until it was too late. The most incredible thing is that people actually believe them.
In this article, I’ll take a look at the whereabouts of General Myers that morning and why I contend that his claim to have been otherwise occupied is beyond belief.
On that morning, the general claimed to be meeting with Georgia Senator Max Cleland on Capitol Hill to discuss his upcoming confirmation hearing. Myers says he heard about the first plane impact at the World Trade Center (which occurred at 8:46 a.m.) before the meeting started, but assumed it was an accident. And get this: no one told him about the second tower Continue reading

Richard Gage joins perplexing gang-up on Citizen Investigation Team

By Craig McKee

Mr. Gage, you’ve lost me.
In the past week, highly respected 9/11 researcher Richard Gage – founder of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, released a statement (http://911truthnews.com/richard-gage-completely-withdraws-support-from-cit/) withdrawing his support for Citizen Investigation Team, which champions the idea that an airliner flew over, not into, the Pentagon on 9/11.
Gage doesn’t like the investigative methods of CIT’s Craig Ranke and Aldo Marquis. He says that even though he initially supported CIT’s film National Security Alert, he has come to rethink its approach and its conclusions. Now, he seems to prefer the Bush administration version of the Pentagon story – that is to say the official story.
Unfortunately, Gage has jumped in with a group of people who frequently post at the now very exclusive 911Blogger.com, a site that has little tolerance for people who Continue reading

10 ways I got sucked into believing the fabricated 9/11 cover story

By Craig McKee

On Sept. 11, 2001, I was part of the majority. I believed that Osama bin Laden had led a group of Islamic fundamentalists to crash planes into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
There were many things that made me accept this, but mostly it was because I believed what I saw on TV. Sure I was cynical about the media then, but to believe that they got it so wrong would be to believe they were complicit in the cover-up.
I believed that the attacks – while reprehensible – were a logical result of America’s imperialist policies around the world. It was the typical “liberal” reaction, which unfortunately still dominates how the left sees 9/11. We were all so sure that Uncle Sam was screwing everyone that the idea that someone would want revenge seemed reasonable – even inevitable.
This made me and people who agreed with me valuable dupes for the real criminals. We helped establish our view as the “left” end of the spectrum of 9/11 opinion. The “right” believed Bush’s claim that the “evil-doers” had attacked America because they hated Continue reading

FBI told Clinton prosecutor about details of 9/11 weeks in advance

By Craig McKee

If you’ve heard of David Philip Schippers at all, chances are you remember him going head to head with former president Bill Clinton.
Schippers, a Democrat, was the special prosecutor in the Clinton impeachment case in the late 1990s. He was also the former Chief Investigative Counsel for the U.S. House Judiciary Committee. Not exactly an anti-establishment figure.
But when it comes to 9/11, Schippers has some things to say that shake the foundations of the official story.
Just two days after 9/11, Schippers went public with the explosive statement that he had been told by FBI agents months before 9/11 that there would be a massive terrorist attack targeting the financial arteries of lower Manhattan. The revelation came in an interview he did on WRRK in Pittsburgh.
These agents, who were reportedly from Illinois and Minnesota, confided in Schippers that they knew the location and date of the “impending attacks.” They even knew the names of the hijackers and the sources of their funding! Continue reading

Taxi driver comes close to admitting he was part of 9/11 cover story

December 27, 2010

By Craig McKee

If there is an Achilles heel to the official 9/11 cover story, it has to be Lloyde England.
The Washington D.C. taxi driver is an essential part of the official story that American Airlines Flight 77 hit the Pentagon at 9:38 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2001. His car is supposed to have been hit by one of the light poles knocked over by the plane right before it hit the Pentagon. This story was supposed to offer rock solid confirmation of the Pentagon government account. Instead, it’s the weakest link.
Not only is England’s version of what happened to him that day not supported by the witnesses or the physical evidence (as we shall see), but in an unguarded moment in the film National Security Alert (by Citizen Investigation Team), England came very close to admitting he had been a part of the conspiracy.
England told CIT (he didn’t realize the camera was running, but he clearly Continue reading

War games: timing of 9/11 exercises offer too many coincidences

By Craig McKee

It was the first thing that made me suspicious.
At 8:21 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2001, it was clear that unknown parties had hijacked American Airlines Flight 11 from Boston to Los Angeles. Fighters were unable to intercept the plane before it crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center at 8:46. Seventeen minutes later, United Airlines Flight 175, also a Boston to Los Angeles run, hit the South Tower.
How could these planes reach their targets without encountering any opposition from the incredibly powerful and expensive U.S. military? Under normal circumstances, they couldn’t. But this day was anything but typical. In fact, nothing – from protocol to the laws of physics – operated as it should have on 9/11.
By the time the second tower had been hit, it was already known that American Airlines Flight 77 out of Washington D.C. had been hijacked. That flight, too, managed to fly around the northeast United States for more than 40 minutes before it allegedly flew into the Continue reading

‘Building What?’ campaign is brilliant strategy for 9/11 Truth movement

November 22, 2010

By Craig McKee

It’s an inspired move. Take a single event from 9/11 and ask for a local investigation to determine how it happened. In this case, the goal is to have officials in New York City launch an investigation into why World Trade Center Building 7 collapsed on Sept. 11, 2001.
The smaller scope makes it more likely to succeed, and the fact that New Yorkers are asking their city to investigate leaves the federal government out of it – for now, anyway. And it’s clear that other so-called investigations into this event have shed no light on how this 47-storey building came straight down at near free fall speed (6.5 seconds) when it wasn’t even hit by a plane.
The campaign, called Building What?, was organized by families of people who died in the Sept. 11 attacks. It is co-sponsored by NYC Coalition for Accountability Now and Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, an organization that includes more than 1,200 members. AE911Truth is devoted to the dissemination of scientific evidence about what happened on 9/11. Their stated goal is a truly Continue reading

The clearer we thought we saw 9/11, the easier we were to fool

October 31, 2010

By Craig McKee

You’d have to think it would be just about impossible to deceive the world about a catastrophic event like 9/11 because everything happened in broad daylight in front of thousands of people wouldn’t you?
But maybe it’s just the opposite. Maybe it’s the fact that thousands saw it in person and millions watched it over and over on TV that has made it so easy for us to be fooled. The bigger the lie, the more people will believe it, as Hitler said.
Most of us are desperate to believe what we’re told. We think that if we question everything we see and hear, then we’ll never know what’s real and what’s not. This fact is taken advantage of by Continue reading

U.S. military’s ‘plane switch’ deception perfectly anticipated 9/11

Cubans would have been blamed for shooting down an F-101 fighter: plane would escape to air force base in Florida, wreckage would be faked.

October 13, 2010

By Craig McKee

Nobody can explain it better than the real terrorists. By their own admission, the leadership of the U.S. military was a big fan of terrorism in 1962, as long as they were the ones committing the atrocities.
And they wanted to. Badly.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff were chomping at the bit to steamroll over the trust placed in them by the American people. They wanted to trick the world into supporting a coup in Cuba. And they were willing to kill a lot of their own people to do it. Operation Northwoods was an elaborate terror and deception campaign that was an eerie precursor to 9/11.
I’ve given many of the details of the plan in my last two posts, but somehow you have to hear it in the words of the generals themselves to really grasp the contempt these people had for the truth. But more importantly, their words offer a perfect blueprint for the phoney terrorist attacks on 9/11, 39 years later. Read what’s below (from the declassified memo proposing the operation to President Kennedy) with the 9/11 hijackings in mind. In the first example, F-101 fighter jets would fly near Cuba: Continue reading

Military wasn’t worried ‘campaign of terror’ secret would come out

October 11, 2010

By Craig McKee

A buddy of mine told me the other day that he could never believe that 9/11 was an inside job because it would be impossible to keep a secret that big.
I think this is how a lot of people feel. They might be able to accept that criminal elements in government could be ruthless enough to try it, but they just can’t believe they could keep it quiet.
But they haven’t kept it quiet – not really. If they had, we’d all be forcefully standing by the official 9/11 story. We’d all believe the myth that Muslim terrorists were behind the whole thing. But there are so many gaping holes in the government’s version of what happened that many don’t believe this. Continue reading
