Hollywood 9/11 feature to favour human drama and ‘safe’ evidence

Can you make an “uplifting” Hollywood movie about 9/11? Should you try?
If your goal is to encourage people to question the official story, should you focus on the human cost of this horrific event with an eye to making the film a successful piece of dramatic entertainment?
