Attempt to deflect criticism of the Warren Commission Report has become the ultimate weapon against dissent

“Now it’s conspiracy – they’ve made that something that should not even be entertained for a minute, that powerful people might get together and have a plan. Doesn’t happen, you’re a kook, you’re a conspiracy buff!” – George Carlin

By Craig McKee

It has been called the “conspiracy theory” conspiracy.
But it’s not just a theory, it’s a fact. And like more than a few conspiracies it involves the Central Intelligence Agency – specifically a campaign in the 1960s to discredit those challenging the findings of the Warren Commission in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. The agency achieved this by linking challenges to the official story with “conspiracy theories.”
It is known as CIA dispatch #1035-960. It was distributed in 1967 but not released to the public until 1976 following a Freedom of Information Act request by the New York Times. On the dispatch were marked “PSYCH” (for psychological warfare) and Continue reading

New Pearl Harbor director turns to exposing the Apollo Moon hoax

Donate to Massimo Mazzucco’s American Moon.

January 30, 2016

By Craig McKee

I really want to see this film. But first it has to get made.
Investigative journalist Massimo Mazzucco, producer/director of the five-hour 9/11 documentary September 11: The New Pearl Harbor, is now applying his considerable talents to another of the great deceptions of our time. In a new film called American Moon he will examine all the evidence that the Apollo missions were frauds.
“If you realize what it means, that they were able to pull this hoax on the whole world in the 1960s, then you understand many more things they could be capable of, including 9/11,” Mazzucco said in an interview from his home in Italy.
“The Moon hoax is so much larger than anything that has ever Continue reading

V for Vendetta: truly revolutionary or just designed to look that way?

V-for-Vendetta
On Nov. 5, 2012, Guy Fawkes Day, Truth and Shadows published an article by Barrie Zwicker about Fawkes and the Gunpowder Treason and its relation to false flag events throughout history. That article mentioned the film V for Vendetta and the proliferation of the famous Guy Fawkes mask that followed the success of the movie. Zwicker’s piece quoted an earlier one by Veterans Today’s Kevin Barrett, which sang the praises of the film. I appreciate both of these excellent articles, but I have a somewhat different take on the film as this article explains.– CM

It is crafted to be one of the most satisfying moments in all of film history.
In the climax of the Wachowski sibling’s V for Vendetta (spoiler alert), an underground train filled with explosives is detonated as the train passes beneath the British Parliament buildings. The buildings are blown to bits to the tune of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture while thousands in Guy Fawkes masks look on in awe. Fireworks add to the celebration and to the theatricality of the event.
The crowd removes their masks to reveal they are just ordinary people (even those who were killed during the story reappear). The population is apparently freed from the iron-fisted rule of a Nazi-like regime. Comic book villains get their just desserts, and a new world is born.
The film, based on a graphic novel of the same name, has been branded as revolutionary by some. And to be sure, it does some very remarkable things rarely seen in Hollywood films. Most notably it lays Continue reading

Zombies and doomsday viruses: what is Hollywood really telling us?

August 2, 2015

By Craig McKee

Be afraid. Be very afraid. Of what may come. Of each other.
If movies and television in the last few years are any indication, we have so much more to fear in this world than losing a job or a relationship or our health. Our “entertainment” is telling us that a terrifying future could arrive at any time in the form of a doomsday virus that threatens to wipe out civilization and all of us with it.
Over the past decade, the sheer number of movies and television shows that have focused on killer contagions that threaten humanity with death or some kind of horrible transformation is reaching—forgive me for this—epidemic proportions. And there are more being made all the time. There are so many that it has become impossible to see these shows and movies as being made simply because the topic is “popular.” Something else is going on. It’s downright weird.
These entertainment vehicles seem to be telling us that the things that hold our civilization Continue reading

Doctored Pentagon video proves 9/11 cover-up and inside job

From the frames released in 2002: notice the wrong date and the helpful descriptions so you know what you’re seeing.

A single frame gives it away.
All but one frame of two sets of surveillance videos purporting to show the impact of Flight 77 into the western face of the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001 appear to show the same thing. But it’s that one frame that tells the tale. It shows that evidence was falsified and that a deliberate plan was carried out to fool the public into thinking that a plane hit the building when it did not.
This, combined with other key evidence (including the nature of the damage to the building, the lack of debris outside the building, and the on-camera accounts of credible witnesses who put the plane on a different flight path that the one Continue reading

9/11 film reaches beyond the choir: 50 questions that blow 'debunkers' away

September 11 - The New Pearl Harbor
By Craig McKee
The questions have been debated since the very beginnings of the 9/11 Truth movement.
How do we get people who believe the official story of 9/11 to consider the possibility that what they’ve been told is false? How do we go beyond preaching to the choir? And at what point is it necessary, or desirable, to simplify and/or soften some of the truth to avoid scaring people off?
The question is being asked again (well, at least by me) following the recent release of Massimo Mazzucco’s impressive five-hour, three-part documentary September 11: The New Pearl Harbor. The film brings together evidence from dozens of sources (particularly documentaries and TV programs) on 9/11. It ties this evidence together very nicely and makes it clear and easily understandable, particularly for those who are Continue reading

The science of mind control and loving our own slavery: Richard Grove on State of Mind

Richard Grove in State of Mind

Richard Grove: powerful elites seek to control us us by extinguishing free thought.

By Craig McKee
It’s one thing to be controlled through force. Force is visible and its implications are evident: go against those in power and you could be ostracized, imprisoned, or killed.
But according to filmmaker and forensic historian Richard Grove, a co-writer of the recently released documentary State of Mind: The Psychology of Control, there is a more insidious form of control at work in our society, one that powerful elites have employed throughout history without most of us even realizing it. The target of this form of control is our minds. And what is under siege is our ability and willingness to think critically, to challenge what we Continue reading

Truther-friendly Canadian thriller pulls back curtain on elites' agenda

The Conspiracy posterThe Conspiracy: Written and directed by Christopher MacBride; starring Aaron Poole and James Gilbert; 84 minutes; to be released in the U.S.A. on August 8.
By Barrie Zwicker (Special to Truth and Shadows)
Is The Conspiracy a motion picture about a larger picture in slow motion – namely what’s usually called the New World Order?
Or is it meant to gently mock that idea?
Only writer/director Christopher MacBride knows for sure. But the ambiguity of a movie that is a mash-up of documentary and thriller/horror genres leaves room for MSM reviewers to be less hostile than they otherwise would be to the script, in which JFK’s assassination, the sinking of the Lusitania, the alleged Gulf of Tonkin incident, and 9/11 all are presented as “inside jobs,” and it is observed that these usually precede wars. ‘Gatekeeper’ documentary fails 9/11 litmus test, hides deeper media crimes

shadows_liberty
This is a review of the documentary film Shadows of Liberty; 93 minutes; PG; Jean-Philippe Tremblay, United Kingdom, director; 2012; distributed by KinoSmith Inc.

By Barrie Zwicker (Special to Truth and Shadows)
I’m hard-pressed not to see Shadows of Liberty as other than a bait-and-switch job, a false flag op that seeks to marshal audience confidence if not admiration by blowing the whistle on a handful of media crimes not widely known to the general public, but that in the end distracts audiences from much larger media crimes, particularly media complicity in the cover-up of the truth about 9/11.
Because so few documentaries take on the corpstream media energetically, for the “average viewer” this one might rate Continue reading

9/11 conference is canceled: Pentagon proposal has to wait

We would have shown this to be the scene of a faked plane crash.

February 19, 2013

By Craig McKee

An international conference on 9/11 being organized in France by a little known quantity within the 9/11 Truth movement, literature professor William Schnabel, has been cancelled for unknown reasons.
The conference was scheduled for Sept. 11-13 at the University of Lorraine in the city of Nancy. Schnabel, who teaches at the university, issued a “call for papers” last fall – with a Dec. 25 deadline for submission. Those wishing to make presentations to the conference were required to submit a 300-word abstract stating what their presentation would be about. Those selected would be informed by Feb. 1. Before that date arrived, however, we got the news that there would be no conference. Participants were informed in a brief email. No explanation was Continue reading
